Fishing Report April 3rd – 10th
Platt from Dillon, MT hosted a group this week at Playa Blanca. The wind blew out of the NE the first few days and switched to SE by Friday. The consistent cloud coverage made conditions tricky at times. Most clients managed a Permit or two and bonefish were plentiful. 3 guys landed their first Permit and followed with our tradition of an after-dinner treat. The guests really enjoyed the food and lodge atmosphere this week.
At Casa Blanca the anglers came from Jackson, WY and enjoyed fishing in Santa Rosa, Tarpon Lagoon and Ascension Bay. Bonefish were plentiful and the guys enjoyed consistent action. The days in Tarpon lagoon were productive and many Tarpon were caught. The group enjoyed dominos/cards after dinner and we hope to see them again soon!
