The fishing in Spain is world renowned for mainly one thing, the River Ebro. This large expanse of water holds some monster Wels Catfish within it. Anglers return to the Ebro year after year looking to catch that 200lb monster moggie, which is a very viable target for the freshwater angler. The freshwater fishing in Spain is not all about massive Catfish though as these waters also hold very big Carp, Perch, Zander and a wide variety of smaller species too.
This amazing destination located on the lower River Ebro is a world away from the normal bank fishing. Here we utilise modern boats to target these freshwater beasts and once you have caught your first Cat from a boat, you will not go back. So far our customers have landed fish to 198lb and the average fish around 100lb.
