San Juan & San Pedro Lodge The Best Mixed Bag Hunting Is Back Beginning Of Season Report
San Juan and San Pedro lodges are currently experiencing one of the best hunting seasons on record thanks to perfect weather this spring, summer, and early fall. Perdiz numbers remain strong, with hunters easily bagging their limits without having to walk marathon distances. As for ducks, the pintail migration has just begun, joining resident teal and white-face tree ducks.

San Juan and our new lodge, San Pedro, continue to work together harmoniously. So far we’ve hosted several groups simultaneously at both lodges and delivered perfect hunts alongside attentive customer service and exceptional cuisine.
This season you’ll notice we have a few new dogs after recently retiring seasoned veterans such as Dali, Emma, Nike, and Pluma. Dali’s puppies are showing their great genetics, all fighting to be “Top Retriever” of the litter.
Finally, we’ve updated the shotgun stock with Browning over-and-unders, as well as Benelli and Beretta semi-autos.
Forecasts show good weather for the rest of the season. And with the number of birds we’re seeing in the fields, expect more great wingshooting to come.
