Norway Fishing Report On Spaces For Soroya
Norway Fishing Report on a very rare space that has become available on our Hosted trip to the World famous Soroya in Northern Norway for the very large Cod that this Island is so very famous, in fact it was where the World record cod was caught back in 2013
Due to an angler not being able to get time off work we have one place spare which will be given on a first come first served basis and if you are interested, then act fast as these openings do not stay around for long and you will see why from our Norway Fishing Report from the past
If you have not heard of Soroya in Norway I will explain on what to expect: Firstly this Island is located at the very north of Norway and is mainly all Sea fishing, so if you suffer from sea sickness then it probably is not for you. The cabins we stay in are right on the edge of the Sea and therefore gives you fantastic views of the Barents Sea and on this week of this hosted trip you have a great chance of seeing the Northern Lights which if you have not seen them then you will blown away
The trip is hosted by my self and one of our Norwegian Guides who will drive the other boat. The fishing grounds are very close to the cabins and some days it is only necessary to motor around 10 minutes so hardly anytime is wasted in getting out there. The fishing days are around 8 – 10 hours long and once you start to catch 40 – 80lb Cod, 8 – 10 hours is a long time! Check out all the other Norway Fishing Report on Soroya to see what i mean
Either myself or our Norwegian Guide will be driving the boats so all you have to worry about is if you can cope in catching so many huge fish, as the average size Cod is around 40lb’s and you can expect to come home with at least 1 cod over 60lb’s
We also have an onsite bar/restaurant serving very good food and lovely beers so why not take this opportunity to up your PB’s on Cod in stunning surroundings along with like minded anglers and you never know, you just might catch the next World record Cod…..
