Fly Fishing Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director

Salary: Basic salary plus quarterly performance bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Head Office (Norwich)

Job Description: We are currently looking for a fly fishing manager to head up all of our fly fishing destinations. The suitable candidate will be responsible for the development of new destinations, running and selling existing destinations, along with opportunities for international travel hosting several group trips each year. This is a challenging role that will appeal to someone who likes to work under pressure and to targets.

Qualifications: Experienced fly angler in both single and double handed rods
Great communication skills, face to face, telephone and written
Sales experience
Computer literate
Team member with leadership skills
Self-motivated
Experience in social marketing would be an advantage (training will be given)
Experience in travel and fishing destinations would be advantageous.

Office Junior

Reporting to: Office Manager

Salary: Basic salary plus quarterly performance bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Head Office (Norwich)

Job Description: We are currently looking for a office junior to assist the office manager. The suitable candidate will be responsible for assiting in the managing of bookings, booking flights, hotels and car hire, along with the production of customers paperwork and basic accounting. This role will suit anyone who is looking for a rewarding job in the travel industry and can work to deadlines, achieve targets and work under pressure.

Qualifications: You will need to have either IT or Quantative Skills
Great communication skills, face to face, telephone and written
Calm and friendly attitude and able to keep calm and professional at all times
Prior experience of data entry work with a keen eye for detail
Computer literate and excellent working knowledge of Excel / Word
Team member and self-motivated
Existing experience in the travel industry would be advantageous
Experience in fishing & shooting would be advantageous
