Travel Administrator

Job Type: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Due to continued growth and business expansion, we are recruiting a Travel Administrator at our office in Norwich, Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through genuine relationship management and a desire to exceed customer needs
• Preparing travel documentation
• Capture and record required client information
• Completing holiday amendments, such as name changes, flight changes, re-booking of travel arrangements and so forth
• To liaise with other departments on any travel queries
• Dealing with queries via phone and email
• Deliver exceptional customer service through genuine relationship management and a desire to exceed customer needs
• Build rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business, to ensure an excellent standard of customer service is always provided
• Monitoring, collecting and processing payments
• Communicating with suppliers via email to gain outstanding booking confirmations

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working within the Travel Industry (preferable)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident with a positive attitude
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook (CRM systems would be a bonus)
• A good eye for detail and comfortable with multi-tasking
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Highly organised
• A strong ability to resolve all booking issues
• Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
• A passion for travel

Essentials:

• Norwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
• The role demands excellent attention to detail, organisation, prioritisation, and teamwork, as well as effective communication skills
• Office-based role (no remote working)
