Fly Fishing Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director

Salary: Basic salary plus quarterly performance bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Head Office (Norwich)

Job Description: We are currently looking for a fly fishing manager to head up all of our fly fishing destinations. The suitable candidate will be responsible for the development of new destinations, running and selling existing destinations, along with opportunities for international travel hosting several group trips each year. This is a challenging role that will appeal to someone who likes to work under pressure and to targets.

Qualifications: Experienced fly angler in both single and double handed rods
Great communication skills, face to face, telephone and written
Sales experience
A good understand of business
Computer literate
Team member with leadership skills
Self-motivated
Experience in social marketing would be an advantage (training will be given)
Experience in travel and fishing destinations would be advantageous.

Social Media / Marketing

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Salary: Basic salary plus quarterly performance bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Head Office (Norwich)

Job Description: We are currently looking for a self driven Social Media Specialist to work with our marketing director to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users, you will also be assisting with the preparation of shows and exhibitions. This role will suit anyone who is looking for a rewarding job in the travel industry and can work to deadlines, achieve targets and work under pressure.

Qualifications: Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability. Fluency in English. Team member and self-motivated. Existing experience in the travel industry would be advantageous. Experience in fishing & shooting would be advantageous

Sea / Game Travel Consultant

Reporting to: Sea / Game Manager

Salary: Basic salary plus quarterly performance bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Head Office (Norwich)

Job Description: Due to increase in demand we are now looking for a Sea / Game fishing travel consultant to work with and report to our Se / Game fishing manager. This job will involve all aspects of the role, from dealing with customers both on a face to face basis and over the telephone. You will be able to talk comfortably about both sea fishing and big game fishing to customers, the successful applicant will also liaise with the marketing department for the producing of regular fishing reports / blogs from around the world.

Qualifications: Experienced in both sea fishing and game fishing.
Great communication skills, face to face, telephone and written
Sales experience.
Computer literate
Team member but self-motivated
Experience in social marketing would be an advantage (training will be given)
Experience in travel and fishing destinations would be advantageous.

Shooting Director

Reporting to: Managing Director

Salary: Based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Head Office & Home

Job Description: We are currently looking for a shooting director to work with the managing director to expand Sportquest Holidays portfolio and market share in both shooting and hunting destinations worldwide. This will suit a self motivated individual, who has both experience in the shooting / hunting world & extensive contacts.  The successful individual will need to be able to communicate extremely well not only face to face with customers but also over the telephone and electronically.

Qualifications: Proven working experience in shooting / hunting. Excellent verbal, writing, presentation and communication skills. Demonstrable a understanding of the shooting / hunting market place and opportunities. Knowledge of marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels when working with the marketing department. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability. Self motivated team member and able to build / manage own team. Existing experience in the travel industry would be advantageous.
