Digital Marketing Assistant

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Salary: Basic salary plus quarterly performance bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Head Office (Norwich)

Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Content and Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing team based in Norfolk. We’re looking for a conscientious and enthusiastic individual, with a proactive attitude and flexible approach for this varied and interesting role. The position will involve supporting the implementation of the company’s marketing initiatives and managing online and print content through a variety of mediums.

Qualifications: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to understand the difference between writing for print, online and social media platforms. Good understanding of SEO and social media marketing. Confident in speaking to people in person and on the telephone. Excellent organisational skills and superb attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Office Administrator

Reporting to: Office Manger

Salary: Based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Head Office & Home

Job Description: We are currently looking for a office administrator to join our growing team, you will be involved in all the day to day running of customers tours to worldwide destinations. You will be working with flight companies organising customers flights along with dealing with customers  both on the telephone and via e-mail. You will also be trained with basic credit control to assist the accounting team.

Qualifications: Prior Office Administration Experience Preferred. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Strong Attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite programmes. Ability to multitask. Ability to work autonomously and as part of team. GCSE Maths and English A-C Grade
