This week in El Pescador offered almost perfect conditions, unfortunately, there was only a small amount of anglers travelling to the waters this week, but those who did, had an amazing week with 3 grand slams being landed on the fly.

Not many anglers this week to take advantage of great conditions and weather, but those that did had a great week on the water.
What Guests Were Catching
Bonefish
More than 200 bones were landed for the week, most were in the 2-4 pound range.
Permit
12 Permit were landed.
Tarpon
9 Tarpon were landed. The largest fish was about 80 pounds.
Other species
Anglers landed some Jacks, Snapper, as well as big Barracuda.
Grand slams
3 slams on the fly this week! Lee H and Mark H with Capt Roger and Clay W with Capt Kristian.
Flies That Worked
Bonefish: Christmas Island Specials in gold, pearl and pink. Crazy Charlies in pink and orange.
Permit: Mantis shrimp, rag head crabs and Flexo crabs.
Tarpon: White bunnies, chartreuse and black/purple bunnies are the flies of choice.
