With beautiful weather and river levels dropping to the perfect level, everything looked good for the group of American anglers visiting this week.

We hosted nine American anglers this week, all of whom were new to us and Dorado fishing. The weather was beautiful throughout their stay, but the river was still a little high due to last weeks rainfall.
All the beats we fished produced at least one fish over 20lb, with the biggest falling to Robert on a mouse pattern on the Itirizama.
Greg from Colorado enjoyed some exceptional fishing, landing a fish of over 15lb from every stretch he fished, topped by a beauty of 24lb landed on the Lower Pluma.
Towards the end of the week, as the water levels began to drop, the fishing really picked up, especially on the lower sections and we all have our fingers crossed that this will continue into next week.
