The momentum on the Marié shows no sign of slowing down — it’s pure fire.
This week pushed the river into legendary territory, with over one hundred peacock bass surpassing the 80 cm mark in less than eight weeks.
And that doesn’t even include the mythical 90 cm giants that continue to define the Marié as the ultimate big-fish destination on Earth.

With stable weather and flawless water levels, our group from the USA turned every stretch of river into an opportunity. From double hookups with 20-pounders to one of the largest fish of the entire season, this week was a masterclass in what the Marié stands for — precision, persistence, and the relentless pursuit of something extraordinary.

UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT
Matt P: A true veteran of the Marié, Matt arrived with focus and experience — and it showed immediately. On the very first day, he landed not one, but two 21 lb trophies, each fish delivering a powerful battle and testing his skills to the limit. His achievement set the tone for the entire week and proved that knowledge of the river is rewarded by those who approach it the right way.
