It looks like the Bonefish were hungry this week out in Belize! We cant wait to be back! We won’t keep you waiting so we will hand you over to our head guide in El Pescador –
7th to 14th February 2021
Fishing was good this week with the focus on Bonefish as we hosted the Orvis Bonefish Bonanza. The group caught excellent numbers of Bones, with the Permit being a bit tougher.
What Guests Were Catching
Bonefish
Very good numbers of bones were caught with several fish in the 5lb. class. Joel M & Mike B accounted for 35 Bones in one day!
Permit
Four Permit landed this week.
Tarpon
One Tarpon was landed.
Other species
A good number of Jacks were taken, some in the 15-20 Lbs class. Heather took a very good Barracuda of 30 Lbs.
Grand slams
No Grand Slams were recorded.
