In the last week of February, we had the pleasure of hosting Hilli, Thomas, David, and Piggy on an unforgettable trip.
River conditions remained low and clear, but after a slight rise in water levels, we managed to land more than 32 fish in total.
This time, the most commonly used setups were one-handed rods, with occasional use of two-handed rods. We continued fishing with floating lines, paired with intermediate and sinking tips.
The most effective flies were exclusively nymphs on #10 and #12 hooks during the day, while leeches of various sizes produced results after sunset.
Once again, just like last year, our good friend Hilli was the Top Rod of the week.
