This week saw some strange weather and temperature but it didn’t stop customers from getting into some amazing Rainbow Trout at the Lodge.
Over the Rainbow
We’re well into the thick of it here at Alaska West Lodge. It’s been a great season so far, especially after not having the opportunity to open last season. That doesn’t mean it hasn’t been an odd year. Fluctuations in weather patterns and temperature did throw a curveball on the 2021 season. But guess what…that’s fishing in Alaska for you.
Regardless of the challenges, guests, guides, and staff have made the best of it, and as you can see, we’re all over the rainbow about it.
