The Amazon welcomed us this week with predominantly sunny skies, providing idyllic conditions for our anglers.
Water Temperature: 28°C to 30°C (82°F to 86°F)
River Conditions
The river’s water level continued to drop slowly, creating ideal scenarios for targeting trophy peacock bass in their prime habitats.






Fishing Summary
The Rio Marié once again proved why it remains the pinnacle of fly-fishing destinations. Known as the “River of Giants,” this remote Amazonian paradise is home to the largest peacock bass on Earth. This week, we had the pleasure of hosting a vibrant group of seasoned friends, from Venezuela, alongside two new adventurers from the U.S. The camaraderie onboard the mothership was as remarkable as the fishing itself, for this group fishing is just a nice excuse to be together as friends and enjoy quality time together.
Anglers marveled at these magnificent predators’ sheer power and size, testing their skills and equipment to the limits. The exclusivity and challenge of the Rio Marié experience left every participant with unforgettable memories and stories to share.

Highlights of the Week
Patrick’s 20lb Marvel:
Patrick found himself in a secluded lagoon, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Amazon. His afternoon tranquility was shattered by the explosive strike of a true giant. Battling the fish with skill and determination, Patrick emerged victorious, landing a breathtaking 20lb temensis. This unforgettable encounter is sure to remain a highlight of his fishing career.
Carlo’s First 20lb+ Trophy:
Carlo’s day started strong at a lagoon mouth, with consistent action already setting the tone. But fortune smiled upon him once more when he encountered a juvenile feeding frenzy. Seizing the opportunity, Carlo made a flawless cast and hooked into a massive fish. After a thrilling fight, he celebrated his first-ever 20lb+ peacock bass, a monumental achievement for any angler.






Looking Ahead
As the season progresses, the dropping water levels promise even greater opportunities for trophy fish. The excitement builds as we anticipate the next group of anglers ready to take on the giants of Rio Marié.
