Week 5 at Piraruca Lodge offered a mixture of bright sunny days to some spells of heavy showers, although, both conditions brought with it some fantastic Arapaima for the lucky anglers to land on the fly.

Water Level – Stable
Water Temperature – 28°C
Weather Conditions:
Temperature – 32°C
We have seen completely beautiful days with some rain showers mixed in.
Fishing Conditions:
The water level is still dropping and the fish we are seeing are far more concentrated now. This week, we landed a beast of a fish (2,45 cm), the second biggest fish ever caught there. The photos truly speak for themselves!
We landed over 18 fish this week and two others over 2 meters.
Most of the anglers in our group had never fished before, and now they are really hooked.

Tambaqui: 52 cm
