As February comes to a close, we have just been sent a fantastic write up from a group of customers who had a fantastic week, here’s what the lodge had to say…
“We finished February at the lodge at the end of the world. The water conditions were very favourable, allowing us to catch a large number of fish, many of impressive size.
The group was fortunate to be hosted by Hentrik Mortensen, CEO of Salmologic, who led an excellent group of fishermen who joined him for this unforgettable trip. Together, they used switch rods with short cut lines to target medium and deep layers of water, as well as floating lines to skate flies like the Titanic and Sunray Shadow. All techniques performed exceptionally well.
Throughout each fishing session, they covered a large stretch of water, exploring both upriver sections and areas closer to the river mouth. Thanks to the support of the lodge’s outstanding team of experienced guides, we achieved excellent results. Special recognition goes to the incredible work of Creeklife and Big Fish Patagonia for their contributions to the success of the trip.
Once again, the service was at the level of the best lodges in the world, attending to every detail and need of each group that visits us. We thank everyone for their dedication and effort in maintaining a project that proudly represents us within the global elite of fly fishing.”
