In recent days, fishing has been tough and difficult. The fish haven’t been biting, and there have been strong winds that have limited the areas we can be in. Despite the challenging weather, the mood has been good and the groups enthusiastic.
On the last day, the wind shifted and the wave height decreased. It was set to be a perfect day for us and our groups who were on their last day of fishing.
Many of the boats had the same plan to head out early and be prepared to drive around a bit to find fish that day. It turned out to be a good plan for all the boats involved. There was a lot of fishing, and there was a 15 kg cod in almost all the boats. Much of the cod weighed between 5-8 kg, but there was also quite a bit of fine fish around the 10 kg class. It was a fantastically fun and wonderful day for all our guests. We all ended the week on a high.
